Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@orangecandy.com.

  • If the item is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@orangecandy.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Attach clear images of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, the product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and invoice.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.

4. Non-returnable items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification are not eligible for return.

  • Customised or special edition boxes cannot be returned unless defective.
